Staffs are very rude. They said they gonna help with the luggages then they left a bag on the whole way. And they demanded to pay 8000 rupees in cash to stay. We paid because we were tired and didn’t wanna go and look for an another hotel

Your Reservation #1442805670 Rate plan name: Room OnlyGuest count :2 adults (but you gave accommodation for the 3rd person without informing us)Our hotel staff has never been rude to our dear guests, but sometimes our staff have to be 'more assertive' when they come across gusts who do not understand the meaning of guest count. (You booked a 2 adults room but there were 3 adults stayed in your room. therefore you were requested to pay Rs.8000/- for the extra person. which is the correct procedure the staff have done) We have CCTV footage if you need further clarification regarding the guest count of your reservation..

Posted 9 Jan 2020 on HotelsClean, basic accommodations, friendly staff, not much English , wifi in lobby works fine but wifi in room is pretty much non existent it’s super slow. Never could get it to work enough to even check my email.
The walk up the driveway is super steep and very dangerous particularly when wet outside. Even for hiking standards, there is very little grip to be had on walking surface. It is quite lengthy also.
We stayed a few hours. Restaurant was closed. No amenities to speak of.
We stayed in the “luxury room with AC” on top floor. Nice and relatively quiet considering the little town is quite the party atmosphere.

Great location with views of the town. Comfy beds and large rooms! Big outside patio area which was great to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Walk up the hill to the hotel is fine. Great water pressure in yhe shower.

Room was clean when we arrived but had mosquitoes / houseflies. There was no housekeeping and no in-house restaurant. Wifi was okay and there are food places nearby

Would be a totally decent place if they provided mosquito nets. Nothing quite like getting chewed up all night when you need a good night's rest. Everything else about the place is nice and passable.

Spacious, clean, friendly with great location
Posted 11 May 2019 on HotelsGreat place! Spacious room with an amazing balcony overlooking the green mountains. Just like living in a picture! Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, very diverse and tasty. Great location: main street below where you can find good restaurants, bars and shops. But as the place is higher than the street - it is also very quiet. Only point to consider: you have to climb from the street in order to get to the hotel. But was not an issue for us especially compared to all activities in this hill country.

Spacious and clean rooms. No seating facility inside room as mentioned. No coffee or milk available in room it was only couple of tea bags. Allowed us a late checkout which was great but very basic. A bed and breakfast/ guest house than a hotel
