"Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating for handicapped accessible room and parking right outside of entrance and room! Extended our stay last minute and hotel staff was extremely helpful! Pool area needs some upgrades and work but was still very relaxing for me and fun for my Son!"

"Elko is a very small town in Nevada where Uber or Taxy is non existant. So the challenge is in reaching up to the hotel.Once you have arrived,you will be pleasently surprised by the ambience of this hotel whose complete groundfloor area is a Casino! The hotel appears to be a old property but the rooms are very comfortable. The brwakfast that was served the following morning in their outsourced restaurant wa excellent. Overall,had a grwat stay and will stay here again when I visit Elko again. "

"Check in was a breeze. The room I selected wasn't available due to renovations but the hotel quickly resolved the situation. My family and I appreciate that! The kids loved the pool and the lady working the fromt desk was really nice and helpful. "

"My husband and I stayed her for 1 night while passing through on vacation. We chose this property because we stayed at this chain last week in Downtown Fort Worth, TX. This is probably the best and nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. This location was very convenient getting to and from the freeway. It’s at the end of the street up a small hill that has 2 other nice hotels and a nice apartment complex next door. There is a Wingers restaurant/bar that is a 30 second? drive that had great food and drinks. Gas station right there as well. They have everything you need, either in the room, or at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable (we have bad backs) as well as the pillows. Towels were very nice as well. The shampoo/conditioner that were provided were good products as well. Nice floor length mirror behind the bathroom door. Good size closet that has plenty of shelves and hanging shelf baskets. Laundry basket too. There was another good size closet with a safe, several hooks for coats along with an iron/board. The breakfast options were plentiful. French toast, waffles, eggs, cereal and yogurts. They provided pumpkin pie, French vanilla, hazelnut creamer as well as almond milk for coffee. Water with sliced lemons too. Several flavors of oatmeal and many toppings. When we checked in, Tree greeted us and seemed actually happy to see us even though we’ve never met her. She provided great dining options. I forgot the morning receptionist name, but she was very friendly as well!"
