Our check-in was delayed because a customer was inquiring about the rates, he was being charged conversing with one of the three check-in counter people, while that discussion was in progress all three clerks were focused on that argument while seven patrons waited for the opportunity check-in, about 20-25 minutes for my wife and me.Our check-in was delayed because a customer was inquiring about the rates. During our three-day stay at the Hampton Inn in Elko, we did not receive any room services. The waste baskets in our room were overflowing, and we did not receive any fresh towels or washcloths. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Elko, Nevada, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The friendly service made me feel right at home, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with every area, from the lobby to the rooms, spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location is a bonus, being conveniently close to the casino and various shopping areas, making it easy to enjoy everything Elko has to offer. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for anyone visiting the area. It truly offers a welcoming and pleasant stay!

There was a lot of noise from other rooms, and my room had furniture that was well-worn and a carpet that needed to be replaced. The bathroom also smelled musty and the shower needed to be cleaned.
