Average. No breakfast, no in-room coffee. Bed was excellent.

Dear Mary, we appreciate your feedback from your stay with us. Unfortunately, we are one of the few Baymont locations that do not offer a breakfast, and do not have coffee makers in all the rooms. We do have signs posted about the breakfast, as well as on our website, and we do have coffee makers available at the front desk upon request. I apologize that you were not informed of this, and we will certainly address this with the front desk.

Bath and shower room was dirty especially behind door

I was here for ten days. Drain didnt work in the bath tub. My son flew me in to watch his 1 year old. A Bath is a necessity . I made it work with some plastic sheets I had from a meal. I asked every day for the tub to be fixed and kept being told maintenance wasnt in. When I checked in the room was SUPER dirty. Like they didnt even vaccum. Since my grandson took his first step in that room it was imperative they cleaned it. On the sixth day they finally sent someone ,after asking everyday to vacuum the room. My son had bought me a vacuum that after noon. When she was done I ran my vacuum and it collected MASSIVE dust and dirt. I contacted front desk and they said we only service room when customers checked in. I asked for them to check notes of when I checked in because I had asked every day including upon checkin that the room was super dirty. NOTHING A CAN of lysol didnt sanitize but it was still dirty. Just super dissapointed .

Dear Nibiha,I appreciate your feedback as all our guests are important to us.That being said, during your stay I myself cleaned your room (what parts I could get to) but was limited to just the bathroom as you had belongings strung all over the room. Our team is not allowed to touch ANY of your personal belongings...on the floor, the bed, the counter etc. Therefore they cannot clean those areas (including vacuuming) if there are any items on the floor, which there were. My team was turned away twice for service as you wanted them to come much later...we may not have had a housekeeper available that late, so your service request would have been pushed to the next day.As for the bathtub. It was explained to you that are tubs do not plug to prevent guests from over flowing the water. I do not believe you said anything to me directly the few times I spoke with you.I do wish you would have voiced your concerns to me directly, instead of after the fact on the internet so that I may have had the opportunity to remedy your said concerns.

The property is in a lovely setting, but it is not well lit at night. The concierge was very nice upon check-in, but getting around to find the elevator and exits were difficult. Also the amenities as listed for the hotel and even the room, were closed or non- existent. The best thing about the room was a comfy bed and ample space. We gave this hotel 3 stars all the way down the line, but will not be returning.
