it was nice to stay in this property . i stay their for 1 night but i like the people over their and like the services.the way they greeting .

Room was clean, nice and warm. The pool was very nice and warm as well. Easy check in and check out will definitely be back this spring.

Eco-friendly hotel which is wonderful but room cleaning should have been explained a bit better. King suite but only received two towels, two washcloths and one hand towel -- not enough for a three night stay!

Property still being remodeled, but that didn't affect our room. Room was Clean, and Comfortable. No breakfast as listed in the Expedia description. Was charged by both Expedia, as I pre-paid for the room, and unfortunately charged more than once at two different rates by the property instead of marking my stay as pre-paid through Expedia. I also verified with the staff that is wasn't just the incidental charge authorization and it is an additional room charge due to check in complications. Was told I needed to wait 3-5 working days however I would think it could happen sooner considering ever other charge they applied to verify my card was active fell off as expected. We will see if the charges get corrected or if I have to file with my bank as a fraudulent and/or duplicate charge.

Rose, I am sorry with the mix up at check in this has been corrected and refunded back to your card. Also we have been working with our 3rd parties to get the breakfast removed from their site, as we are still working on getting it set up. I am hoping this does not prevent you from coming to stay with us again.

It was nice and updated. Staff was very friendly. They were short staffed so our first room wasn’t cleaned properly. Due to an employee who usually works in laundry having to be moved to cleaning rooms. The person at the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. It was clean and updated. We would stay again ❤️

Staff was very nice and the room was just redone and clean. Quite area of town.
