The room REEKED of cigarettes. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one wire with the batteries hanging out. The TV didn't work. Fridge didn't keep things cold. Dogs and people making noise at all hours of the night. The staff were all very friendly, though, which is the only decent thing about this place.

Very safe, quiet place. Desk clerks were all friendly and helpful.

This place is horrible. The door wouldn’t even close properly and the jam looked broken. They said they’d fix it in the morning. We left and asked for a refund, but never received it.

I am saddened to hear that you had issues with the door not closing properly. There was nothing wrong with the door jam itself, it just needed a minor adjustment to the tensioner. We cannot cancel or modify reservations that were booked through a 3rd party. Your card was initially refunded but you did not follow through with canceling the reservation through the party you booked with. At night audit your reservation was still in the system and went into no show status which automatically charges the card. When booking through a 3rd party always call them to cancel or modify your booking.
