It just felt very dirty looking. There were stains in the walls, comforter and bathroom

The staff is very professional over here. Good location solid foundation. A little spit polish on the outside and in, it's a real money maker.

furnace filthy,dead roaches,dusty room. premises is filthy trash everywhere in the hallway. Maintenance and housekeeping should do their job.

I chose RRI due to its history-longevity & price. They aren't fancy(I don't need fancy), just nice fooms with nice beds. I arrived at night and left in early morning "low light", so couldn't really see much detail of the property. The BIG thing for me was my room and its amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, just what I expected and wanted.

When we found a cockroach in our room at 11:30pm, we immediately took this to the front desk. Rather than being apologetic, we were simply told there was nothing she could do because they were sold out & she couldn’t move us. We asked if they could even send someone to address the issue & we’re told she was the only one there & Orkin only comes during business hours & it was 11:30pm and she’s “not Orkin”. When we asked for a refund (because we refused to sleep in a room with live roaches) we were told we would have to contact Expedia. After spending more than 30 min on hold with Expedia, we were issued a refund and credit to our Expedia account. The agent was VERY helpful and efficient.
