No extra blanket, no tissues, blinking ceiling light, TV reception was terrible. The manager was good and the shuttle service was fine.

We asked for new towels because there was hair from whoever was previously in our room and they never gave us new towels. The bathroom was dirty and the room was not swept. The stay wasn’t horrible but the cleanliness was absolutely awful.

Nothing was good about the room roaches was in the room

The staff is friendly and welcoming also price was reasonable for the room

The room had a one inch gap that was allowing the wind to come in. It was 40 degrees outside. Electrical wires were sticking out of the bathroom outlet. Most of the other outlets were not working. The phone to the front desk was not working. Drywall was missing off of the walls. The toilet would not flush. We were in the room for 10 min and they still charged us for an entire day.
