The hotel was overall great. The breakfast can be served with more variety/options.

The Receptionist namely Key was unfriendly. The bathroom toilet was plugged, I reported it to Key, no action taken. I had to unplug myself!

The property was nice and was mostly a positive experience. My only complaint, and it’s a big one was the shuttle service from the airport. The driver of the shuttle was despicable. We had to wait 35 minutes, and once he arrived, he did not move out of van. Finally he came out and put 1 of our 2 pieces of luggage in the van. I had to put the other. Then he watched court TV shows on his phone for 14 minutes before leaving. He was just sitting there watching a very loud phone. It was 1:30 AM. There were no other passengers coming. When asked, he said in a few minutes as he continued to watch Judge Judy on his phone. And his driving was fast and a bit erratic. Very rude person.

Everything was clean and quiet. We had to leave earlier than breakfast but they gave us travel bag.
