Terrible experience when checking in receptionist was just bad all around bad

The lady at the front desk was lovely and helpful. But she seemed like there was an awful lot on her shoulders- perhaps having an additional front desk person? Also, our first room we were given already had someone in it! The system was down and there was no way to tell the others had checked in online. The front desk employee handled it great, apologized multiple times and corrected the error. My heart went out to her, as there was so much out of her hands. Well done in a stressful situation!
