Agreable MAIS ATTENTION (prestations, personnel )

Meme si le lieu est recule et le complexe balneo a eau salee est agreable. Attention: Quand nous reservons via hotel.com nous sommes sous classes..(inadmissible) L'accès au spa n'est pas illimite mais QUE 70 min et il faut reserver un creneau. Le bonnet de bain est OBLIGATOIRE (3e le bonnet) Il n'y a pas de clim dans AUCUNES des chambres. Restauration du soir est un buffet a 18e Parking gratuit ok Petit déjeuné bien garni top Je regrette l'attitude de la manager a notre arrivée (pas de bonjour, donnant les instructions au receptionniste, le pauvre etant a la merci des ordres et de notre mécontentement) Heureusement le service hotel.com nous a accompagné pendant cette deception.

Para mí el mejor balneario en el que he estado, el circuito termal de lujo, los masajes y tratamientos también, las habitaciones comodísimas y limpias, el único punto un poco a mejorar es la restauración, pero si eliges bocadillos o hamburguesas, son buenísimos

Bien pero habitación mejorable.

Instalaciones Aguas termales genial, habitación pequeña y con ventilador. Vasos de papel en la habitación. Buen desayuno y buena atención en recepción. Sitio excepcional.

Nos ha gustado mucho la zona de spa, los diferentes tratamientos y zonas del mismo , la calidad de las aguas y limpieza . Te encuentras en un ambiente muy relajante y confortable . Por otra parte , nos hemos encontrado con noches de calor y se echa de menos el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones . En cuanto al personal , hemos tenido muy buena acogida en recepción cuando llegamos pero en la zona de spa y tratamientos no han sido muy amables . No hemos podido usar los masajes por estar todo ocupado , cosa que creo se debe advertir para reservar con antelación si es posible. La zona de cafetería muy agradable y con buen personal , atento , rápido y servicial así como una carta variada , bien presentada y de calidad .

Je recommande la balnéothérapie

Une belle parenthèse détente dans cet hôtel avec une balnéothérapie proposant de beaux bassins où l’on flotte,2 hammams, 1 sauna, 1 salle de sport. Un cadre champêtre, au calme au bord d’un ruisseau . Personnel sympathique Seul bémol le restaurant qui propose un buffet à un prix très correct (18€ pain, eau et vin compris) mais très moyen au niveau qualité.par contre bon petit déjeuner Chambre confortable, très propre mais mauvaise insonorisation

la amplitud de la habitación me gustó mucho y la variedad de espacios en el balneario. La comida podría ser más variada sobre todo en lo que se refiere a la fruta fresca, pero lo que sirven está muy bien preparado.

site très sympa, personnel très professionnel et très accueillant. Le seul défaut est l'absence du petit plateau d'accueil (bouilloire, thé, café)dans la suite que nous avions réservée. Pas de produits dans la salle de bain non plus.

Mejorar es el objetivo

Servicio de hostelería solo aprobado. Es muy mejorable. Nos fuimos a comer a restaurantes externos. Buena limpieza general. Enclave idilico. Relacion precio calidad del servicio deficiente. Caro para lo que, se ofrece. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.
