"The bed sheets and bathroom were pretty clean. Carpet in rooms are gross and property outdated. For the price it was good. The staff was great! Breakfast was same everyday but not terrible"

"Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment."

"Uniquely different property. Appears to be a Nice set up for hunters/fishermen. A little deceiving listing as it is not on the water. You can see the River and a short walk across the road to the dock but not on the River. It is in a residential area."
