We were given a very warm welcome. Everything about the property was clean and well furnished..
The breakfast was excellent.

WEST END STAY- AUGUST 2023
Posted 11 Aug 2023 on HotelsStay was pleasant and Ross and Blair very helpful. If travelling for pleasure breakfast window finished a bit early. Find yourself ready to go out for the day before 9.00am which is too early for anything to be open.

We’re glad you had a pleasant stay. In our guest book you commented ‘everything perfect’ so the comments here are a bit surprising. Our breakfast times are clearly indicated online and in confirmation details - we run a small b&b and not a full service hotel. To clarify for others, there is no requirement to leave before 9am.
