"Pick up from the airport was included in the booking but They didn't even respond to the 2 emails we sent (24 & 12 hours before checking in). from there it all went downhill. "Check in was a little weird. There was some confusion which they didn't explain but required 5 staff members to figure out. We were tired after our airplane trip earlier that day so it was annoying that it took as long as it did. The room was wonderful and large with two bedrooms. The hotel was very nice.
