"Die Unterkunft war schön und wir haben im voraus ein Upgrade bekommen, jedoch hatten wir grosse Probleme mit der Unterkunft. Wir haben im voraus das Glamping in Monticello gebucht. Auf der Buchung, Bestätigung usw. stand auch diese Adresse (man findet dies auch noch jetzt auf div Buchungsplatformen unter dieser Adresse). Am Tag der Buchung waren wir in Monticello zum einchecken. Da bekamen wir eine E-Mail vom Host in der erneut die Adresse, Code usw. stand. Das war nun plötzlich im 1.5h entfernten Moab. Nach mehreren unbeantworteten Nachrichten und Anrufen an den Host und langem suchen nach der Unterkunft gemäss unserer Buchung, fuhren wir dann nach Moab. Die "Strasse" war eher ein Offroadweg was nirgends erwähnt war. Im Dunkeln und ohne Allrad sehr schwierig!
Wir fanden dann die Unterkunft und meldeten uns wieder beim Host da wir eine Erklärung dafür wollten. Leider haben wir nie eine Antwort erhalten...
