"Wir waren jetzt zum 5. Mal in diesem Hotel, aber das 1. Mal unter neuem Namen. Vorher "Sonnenhotel Amtsheide"- jetzt "Zur Amtsheide". Es hat sich viel getan und ist noch nicht ganz fertig (Renovierungsarbeiten). Der Wellnessbereich ist richtig gut: es hat alles funktioniert und hat Freude gebracht. Auch im Park wurden Restaurierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. So konnten wir nicht über die Brücken zum Park gehen. Aber ein Waldspaziergang hat es wett gemacht. "

"Staff are a wonderful testament to the 'feel good' effect of this 'kur' town - Bad Bevensen is wonderful place for a relaxing stay with stunning 'kur park' - the hotel is very good value - immaculate rooms - comfortable with all you need - fantastic breakfast in charming dining room - and nicely landscaped to give a 'natural' feel. Highly recommend - would love to return."

"Our recent stay at Hotel zum Halbmond was a disappointment from the moment we walked through the door. Despite confirming twice that dogs were welcome—both over the phone and as advertised on their website—we were met with immediate hostility upon arrival. The staff member’s first words were, “I can’t have this dog here,” followed by a lengthy lecture on all the potential problems our dog might cause. "A wonderful place to stay with super friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking for the most part is on the street, but the neighborhood is very safe. Anne was so nice and friendly, we loved her and will return one day soon! "

"A good friendly independent hotel we were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff were very helpful. It was great to have pool , sauna, steam room and fitness suite. The breakfast was also very good the only minor frustration was that the WIFI connectivity was intermittent during our stay and there were blindspots were it was difficult to connect but overall we would definitely come back here."

"Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, während des Aufenthaltes war die Dusche zweimal verstopft, das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. In der Sauna keine funktionierende Dusche. Das gute Frühstück und die freundliche Mitarbeiter machen die Defizite leider nicht weg. "
