"Staff were friendly.The beach is close and surf city is near by, the only issue was that the walls are super thin and we were able to hear everything from the room next to us. The water in the bathroom had a bad smell. "

"It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.
When I was there there's was lots of construction; and there's also plenty of "banging" noise, which I think comes from something that falls out of the trees onto the tin roof of the rooms; that could be a...
