The property was lovely and the front desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I was sick on our trip and we stayed in most of the trip but when we ventured out, we enjoyed every second.

We were there for a family with 3 young adult kids. It was really good except for the lack of utensils and kitchen supplies. We bought paper plates and cups so it helped. It is not a full service as you need to request cleaning 24 hours in advance and you need to go get fresh towels from the front desk.

Excellent staff and very clean, but hotel is inneed of upgrade, room carpets / furniture need to be replaced, don’t like the overall natural odor that remains of overused carpets/upholstery

They charge 20 per day for parking

My only complaint is that my room was not ready at 3pm, their standard check in time. So I’m paying for time not spent in my room which was reserved months in advance. This is the second time this has happened.

I was disapointed in the overall cleanliness of the room. It appeard clean but walking around barefoot, i might just as well been outside. Two trash cans in the room, none of which was in the bathroom. Apparently, NO housekeeping services, unless requested 24 hr notice is given. But, even with 36 hr notice, they still failed to clean the room. Ive been a traveler for a long time and im still amazed at facilities that have no elevators to upper floors, and this is one of tbose. Not sure how this is acceptable under the Americans with Disabilities Act? Overall, I not return to this hotel for any futer travel to that area.
