"El personal,la localización y la limpieza del hotel,muy buenos. El unico problema,el ruido del ultimo piso,que es el restaurant, se escucha en los cuartos,aparte del ruido que hacen en la calle,(que es hasta las altas horas de la madrugada) y en los pasillos del hotel,todo se escucha en los cuartos. "To have a lady guest the hotel wants $80.00 (American dollars) for every day she steps in your room. All the Other 5 star hotels in Medellin want $25.00 (American dollars) for a female guest. $80.00 American is ridiculous !!!! Night shift front desk were great !! Day shift front desk need customer service skills (Daville & Jason ) The dry sauna needs work ,it barely gets hot enough !! The steam room is a joke."

"We had a great stay at the Somos. Staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay great. They arranged airport transportation, offered tours, and even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave at 3am to make an early morning flight.
