Not a good experience when you are trying to go to sleep and find cuckroaches in your bed, not what you expect out of a hotel with this name.

A decent budget motel right off the interstate. The breakfast had a wide selection of options.

Clean and comfortable with technical difficulties

So the first room they put me in has a non operational fridge, so I called the desk and they immediately switched me rooms. Second room fridge worked but the remote for the TV wouldn't change the channel. I called the desk and they sent someone to take a look at it but no one really knew how to fix it. I pulled up the cable company website to troubleshoot the remote to no avail. They told me the night shift worker would have a better chance to fix it and to call the desk in a couple hours. I did and the guy was pretty curt and didn't even come look and didn't offer to change my room. So I did my entire stay on Comedy Central which luckily I like well enough. The room was clean, the AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely and not over chlorinated. Paying full price for a room with only one channel sticks in my teeth a little though, and that's why I only gave 4 stars.

Convenient and clean.

It was clean and roomy. Check-in was easy. Everyone was friendly. We needed a place to crash over night on our journey back home. And for that reason, we didn’t get to experience breakfast as we left before the start of breakfast.
