The hotel was nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel isn’t in the best area and felt unsafe at night and very noisy.

Very pleasant staff and check in. Shower drain slow and was up to My ankles in water.
Was an electronic music concert that went until around 3 am across the street from hotel. Would have liked to have known that in advance.

Staff was pleasant, location not ideal. Air conditioning weak, mini room very small and tight.

Staff and service are great. The area is noisy all night long.

This is a beautiful and small hotel located in a loud, dirty neighborhood. The noise was constant day and night until early hours of the morning. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, with very friendly employees and excellent service. The problem is its location… it is walking distance to different amenities and to the bus and metro stations.
