View from the room was not cool and no toiletries and I understand paying for lockers, but why is there a charge to use the scale? Loved that lemon water is provided by the front desk. Excellent idea. Thank you.

Thanks to everyone at Arc de la Rambla for making our stay so nice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I applaud Barcelona for being so good about recycling and taking care of the environment. There were recycling bins on every floor at the hotel. The buffet in the morning is also very nice and they really try to have something for all nationalities. I am gluten free and they always had bread options /muffins and cookies for me as well. They have a nice waiting area in the hotel if you arrive early as well, along with lockers for suitcases etc. It is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

We stayed 6 nights at Arc la Rambla. While it is located on the main tourist strip it was a very quiet hotel and located close to the harbour and transport. Our room was excellent. Our only complaint was that the shower nozzle was worn and needed replacing. Otherwise all good. Nice staff as well.

Excellent staff, friendly, professional, problem solving oriented. Excellent breakfast buffet. I had a problem with my refrigerator and it was changed in less than 5 hours. Alex in the front desk is an asset for the hotel. As soon as I reported the problem he showed up to help me out with the situation. Yes. It was an amazing experience allover. I’m very satisfied with the service and the place. Thanks to all the staff for the amazing job!
