A nightmare, avoid at all cost This was by far the worse experience we had at an Egyptian hotel - and we have been to a fair few including several along the Red Sea coast. They discriminate based on nationality, food is appalling, staff and management will do anything to get money out of you. We checked out after 2 days and they refused to refund the remaining part despite acknowledging their failures. In essence, apologising for discriminating is good enough and we should feel good about it! Absolutely appalling, the manager - Mohammed - is equally delusional as he feels to be respected because he us the manager and speaks 5 languages. Bizarre behaviour and we did not feel safe. Do yourself a favour and look around on forums for the negative reviews, you will see a trend. I cannot understand how guests can rate this hotel as good - again just do your due diligence and you will see why you cannot rely on these supposedly good reviews.

Gorgeous

It was great. Nothing wrong except for the sea most of the days the waves were very high and red flag was there except for the last 2 days. Thanks for everyone working there for the good hospitality and overwhelmed treatment especially Mr. Tamer Radwan. Thank you it won't be the last time to visit this real luxury hotel

Sporco, personale scortese, cibo poco e sempre quello, accesso al mare solo dal pontile, cosa che bisognerebbe segnalare, visto che non tutti sono nuotatori provetti. Sicuramente un posto che sconsiglio a tutti è dove ovviamente non torneremo mai più veniamo in egitto da oltre 20 anni, non ci siamo mai trovati così male.

We apologize for your sub-par experience at our hotel and whole heartedly would like you to have another stay soon with us to see that any concerns raised on your end will be taken into consideration in our operations.To update you on the measures taken and to clarify the current processes followed, we would like to highlight the following: • As per Lazuli Hotel standard the housekeeping department cleans all public areas, lobby entrance and all the arrival and in house guest’s rooms on daily basis. Also, a turn down service in the afternoon. A supervisor and a housekeeping manager are continuously inspecting the hotel cleaning in order to keep the cleanliness and maintenances process in the required standard. And so therefore, with all the measures regularly taken we have reiterated your comments to the House Keeping department and have raised the inspections rates and reviews by our dedicated personnel.• With regards to the comments about the food, We would like to take into your kindest consideration that we do have a very competent culinary team who are keen for providing our guest’s with the outstanding quality and variety therefore firstly we always have a different night themes with plentiful choices (Meat, fish. chicken) B.B.Q daily, in addition, we do have a la carte Restaurant (Italian) free of charge once per week) and for further in our Pool& Beach Bar we are offering different kind of snacks like pizza, burger, salads, French fries etc. With that being said, we have also taken your comment about food tasting similarly and have worked on newer recipes to avoid any future guests having that feeling again.Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further concerns or clarifications. We always strive to better our service and to offer our guests with the greatest service and over all vacation for themselves and their loved ones. Il cibo è un po’ monotono e non particolarmente buono. Le camere sono molto spaziose e purtroppo l’aria condizionata ci mette parecchio a raffreddare la stanza. Il Resto molto positivo soprattutto il personale

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly staff.

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The room had lovely views over the garden and pool towards the sea and was spacious with an excellent bathroom. The quality of the food was good and quite varied, only the bread at breakfast was not always fresh. There was a great and very active entertainment team. The room cleaner did a excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. The bartender/waiter of the lobby during the day was also excellent. Finally a word of thanks to the lifeguards and their chief. As soon as it was at all possible, there was assistance with going into the sea, even in less favorable conditions.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in het gehele resort. Het resort was super schoon! Het strand is prachtig. Goede locatie om te snorkelen! Zeker een aanrader.
