Beautiful hotel and staff really excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the remarkable beauty of the hotel itself and the gardens.

The hotel was charming with friendly and helpful staff and elegant rooms. We were unlucky however as our room faced into a light well with opposing windows a short distance away. The grounds had huge potential but were unkempt and the water in the small pool appeared stagnant and covered with leaves. There appeared to be no outdoor areas to lounge.

Friendly, professional staff in a great setting. Terrace and gardens are delightful. An easy walk into the old town. Plenty of on-site parking. A quiet oasis and perfect base for exploring the region.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Hotel Duques de Medinacelli. Luis and Carmen served us our scrumptious breakfasts, dinner, and snacks and they were fabulous. Charming so attentive, and ready to help us with anything. We were a party of six so they always had our table ready on the patio. The hotel is old world gorgeous and the terrace was a great place to relax between our sightseeing visits and a lovely place to have a night cap. Our rooms were large and so clean. They even provide a beach bag and towels. Thank you to all of the lovely employees who made our stay so memorable.

It is a charming hotel with lovely gardens and a beautiful setting for the excellent breakfast. Facilities are clean and functioning but a bit tired.
