The woman who checked us in around 730pm Jan. 6th was terrific! What a personable, knowledgeable, helpful and delightful woman....especially after a long day of travel! She is an asset to your company

The property was clean outside and lobby and staff was very polite! The building itself is old in the hallways and carpets not to clean.
