Customer service was good but always had to ask for towels no one picked up the trash since we were there and we got there Thursday and left Sunday hallways were dirty never heard a vacuum same trash in the hallways

Shower was broken.
Paid 8 hours before for a room and when got there i got a room that was broken
(Broken shower) they sold out and gave me thay vacant one
When i had already payed for a room
