They had bed bugs in my room 231. When the issue was brought to norma the receptionist she was rude and denied the claim without watching the videos or pictures provided . She refused to let me speak with the general manger. Her and staff talked badly about me in Spanish. Housekeeper does not actually clean the rooms they just change the bedding ,towels and trash. Yes i washed the housekeeper “clean”. No chemicals where used at all.

Price was right. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Our room was next to the ice machine room and there was no door on that room. Around midnight people were getting ice for their coolers and it was extremely noisy. Windows are not double pane so you can here everything outside as people talk or start their vehicles. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hostest triedto give me a room right next door to a room that had police presence and someone was being arrested. Sincr i told her to put me in a different room or i was going to call expedia, she got upset, gave me a differente room but also placed me in a DNR list.
