Air conditioner was so loud. We never got a good night sleep

Hair for someone on the desk. TV controller was broken. Fridge did not work. One of light was broken.

For a hotel chain known for its pet friendliness the landscaping around the building was decidedly un pet friendly. And no place close to take pets. But the room was nice, clean and convenient.

The property was well maintained, comfortable beds and even happy hour. The staff was mainly one, a young gentleman who seems to work around the clock. He was very attentive and respectful, thank you!
