Cool hotel, front desk staff not that hospitable, quality of cocktails were not great. Steakhouse was good.

I didn’t like that I had to ask for more water and coffee after the first night. Maybe the staff was new and not aware of replenishing the coffee station daily but you expect the best attention when staying at El Paso Del Norte in El Paso Texas.

Front desk were not inviting The room was smaller then described on the website We indicated that there were four guests and we had to call for more towels. All of this was just an inconvenience. The room was not worth the price.
