They had no hot water!

Our check in was about 1am as our flight was delayed. The site says 24 hour shuttle but when I called for where to get picked up, I was informed it was wrong on the website so my friend and I had to get a taxi ($20.00 for a very short distance). The check in gentleman was nice and got us our room keys so we could get 4-5 hours of sleep. He even offered to take us to the airport to check for a rental car to following morning. I started looking into my room after entering and a long black hair in the shower (I have short grey hair), a hole in the wall beside the toilet, stains on the ottoman and on the lampshade. It looked like they tried to remodel but the sheetrock was cut wrong with holes beside light fixtures and paint drips on switch plates. I will say the bed was very comfortable! I was so exhausted that I went to sleep and continued our travels home early the next morning! I will not stay there again.

It was absolutely bad condition…. There didn’t give me the room that it was on the picture…. They didn’t serve breakfas… It was bad the resepction it was rude…

Cecilia,We thank you for staying with us and apologize for any noise complaint while here. We do have renovations going on during the day; they start at 9 AM with light, less noisy work in areas blocked off and end work soon after check-in time. We apologize if at anytime this was a disturbance. Also, we are deep cleaning areas of the hotel and also apologize if any furniture or seats in the lobby were put somewhere else while cleaning the carpets. Regardless of the specific issues, we are working to ensure the hotel becomes a cleaner and better place.
