The hotel was fantastic and was in a great area. We came to El Paso for a baseball tournament so having dining and shopping nearby was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Hotel was great for the price. Clean, everything as expected for the most part, good location. My boyfriend and I had trouble sleeping in the bed (it was lumpy) and the water pressure in the shower was pretty depressing. We asked to move rooms and they accommodated us with no problems. Bed and shower were loads better in the second room. Much appreciated. We had a great stay.

The room was great and staff friendly. However, we’ve stayed at least twice at this hotel and for the past year, half of the first floor is closed off with water damage and construction. How come the issues don’t get fixed? The hotel building is relatively new.
