This place was extremely disappointing!
- The shower was only a tiny drizzle
- We arrived to wet towels and a wet patch in the middle of the bed
- After getting out the shower, I dried myself with my towel and there were ants all over my body from the towel
- We did not get to choose our breakfast, he just brought us an oily sausage, even after I had told him I would prefer fish because I don't like sausage. He proceeded to bring me a sausage on 2 occasions even though he knew this. He did not bring us our complimentary tea and coffee on our first day.
- He did not tell us there was a menu with 10 different options until we asked if there was anything other than sausage. This was when we found out about the complimentary tea and coffee he hadn't brought us on day 1. The majority of things were not even available on the menu.
- We had to ask twice for toilet paper then he had to run out and buy some so we had to wait (after we had already asked him the previous day)
- There were ants and mosquitoes all over the room and a cockroach
- The bathroom door didn't even have a handle or light switch, just some tape over the electricity part.
- The power cut and he did not tell us or seem to care
- The wifi only worked at reception, not in the room
- The man in charge didn't seem to care about our requests.
- When I asked for sauce for my breakfast (I had seen it in the kitchen so knew there was sauce), he just said 'no'.
Overall, a terrible place to stay. Would not recommend.

Nice location but could be much better.
Posted 13 Jan 2020 on HotelsThere were young boys running the day to day operations and they weren't expecting us and did a poor job preparing the room. The mirror probably hadn't been wiped in a month....hair on the floor...toilet dirty and smell like urine. I cleaned the place myself and sprayed air freshener. There was no toilet paper and when asked they said they forgot to buy some so we bought our own. Then it was good except they advertised free breakfast which wasn't true and they should have left a broom so we could sweep up the sand that we tracked in because we were right on the beach. They should also cut a path through the bush and long grass to access the beach. Nice location, new facility right on carong carong beach. Didn't like that they had 2 dogs locked in a cage for the 3 days that we were there. Also had a hard time finding the place as it was in the wrong place on google maps so we fixed that ourselves and the sign for the place is facing the wrong direction so when coming from the bus terminal you can't see it but it is down the same road as Nay Aster Pension.

Posted 11 Jan 2020 on HotelsRoom was moldy. Owner would not issue a refund, although my girlfriend has a lung condition that prevented us from staying. He also discriminated against me, saying he does not issue refunds to Americans. Screw this place. AWFULLLL.

There was no toilet paper in the room as they “ forgot” to buy some. We had to purchase our own .
There was also no free breakfast as listed ??
Great location , decent price .

For the price you get the most bang for your buck. This property is located right on the beach and is clean. The most disappointing part of my stay was the absence of Wi-Fi.
NO Wi-fi available at all on this property!

The location is perfect and is aligned with other fancy resorts right by the beach (except for the entrance which is horrible and hard to find). For the price, we got a clean room with working shower and AC. But the service is too amateur and needs to at least get to the basic necessities (like not use cell phone when ur hosting). Bfast = packet coffee. But new property was clean and right on the shore so we loved it. The owners were friendly and smily..
