i arrived in el nido around 3am by bus. checking in was ok.
they don't make your room during the stay.
sometimes walk-in rate is cheaper.

The staff are very lovely, perfect location, very clean. Only problem is that the windows hardly close, so you can hear everything going on outside! Also thin walls, so you can hear everything going on in the hotel. Otherwise a good option for travellers!

The sanitation leaves a lot to be desired and breakfast is not worth having unless you like rice. Those with allergies like coeliac will have problems Better paying a little more to stay in a decent place

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us ,however, please do note that there is nothing we can do regarding the tricycle/motorbikes and sometimes van around town that is "full of exhaust fumes". As much as we wanted to avoid it, we are located in the town center and these things cannot be avoided.
We are compliant and strict with our sanitation practices. It is with our regret that you are less than satisfied with us in terms of sanitation.
For our breakfast, we are sad to hear that it did not meet your expectation and your preference. Aside from Filipino breakfast, we do offer Continental and American breakfast as well. If you have informed us in advance that you have health problems and there are certain food you are allergic to, we could've made adjustments (like what some of our other guests did).
We apologize for any inconvenience these problems might have caused you. We will use this feedback to make us and serve our future guests better.

In die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, schönes philippinisches Treppenhaus, die Betten eher wie Pritschen; zu teuer für das Gebotene...
