Good location, but poor customer service
Posted 4 Feb 2020 on HotelsGood location, walking distance to Corong Corong and downtown El Nido, but disappointed in the staff, who didn't understand much English and gave a Filipino "I don't know" shrug to every question. None of the water coolers worked. No hot water for showers. Spotty wifi.
