Everything thi g was great but the hot water for showering was an issue. Hot tub wasn't hot. The did get the hot tub hot but it took allday.

The hotel, sadly, was having ALL OF THE CARPET REPLACED!!! Seriously. It was interesting. Room was just right and the staff was swell. Honestly, coming from the Midwest, LA is pretty dirty but this facility was pretty tidy. Jacob was excellent up front but the Chinese speaking employee was hilarious because she did not seem to understand anything we were asking her. There is a very busy Chinese restaurant in the hotel so that made the visit pretty different. All in all we would WOULD stay there again..
