From the used cigarette butt found in our food to the full pool closure mid week for construction it was not a pleasant getaway. The staff did not care to make anything right they just wanted to give excuses. This is not a vip or luxury resort in any way. They solely cater to bottle service on Friday and Saturday’s for the party goers that flock to the scene on the weekends. During the week it’s a construction zone to prepare for the next weekend.

Overall, the hotel and service were great. This is our go to hotel when in Cabo. Unfortunately, the preference to Taboo customers versus hotel customers for pool beds is unfortunate, especially when occupancy is at an all time low. Also, the $50 usd charge for late check out well before the check in time during low occupancy is unfortunate. Other than this, great location and a walk to everything
