"wonderful eco lodge in the forest. Easy to reach by car, just on the main road. Paths to walk, excellent meals. A very good option if you need to relax before and after visiting Sab Blas, but worth the trip on its own, beautiful landscape."

"Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water.
