We were welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room had a lovely view of the beach & ocean and was well appointed. The bed & pillows so comfy and we slept well! Breakfast service was very professionally. Zohra was so kind and helpful and made our breakfast time extra special.

Worst service I have even see for what they claim is 5 star. Room not ready 2 hr after check in and not until we screamed at them. No I for
Action given on hotel accommodations and left to find room on our own. Room had 1 towel 1 slipper 1 I stand coffee broken tea pot no water. Room said to have coffee maker but they said no u til complained then sent broke dirty machine that I could not clean. Service rude overall. Shower head fell off wall. Prostitution in lobby. This is not. 5 star resort. Not even 3 star

Great property. Lots of activities onsite. Food is good mainly at the pool and beach. The hotel is starting to be a little bit dated. Great pool area.
Families with screaming kids in the main pool should be directed to the kids pool.
