This place is one of the best we have ever visited wigh mt family. Ms. Amani was the first to meet and greet. My family have very hogh standard when it comes to hotels rooms, but this hotel delivered very clean rooms. Ms. Spent alot of time to deliver anove and beyond our standard. The whole staff is friendly and walking around to deliver your dreams. Thanks for every one,

Loved El Gouna ….hotel had no atmosphere…anything nice you had to pay extra for even though we were all inclusive…poor mini bar in room not even a beer or wine in it, so if you wanted a drink on your balcony u had to walk far as big hotel …setting lovely but only ate in hotel once as everyone looked miserable, probably disappointed like us , so went out to eat every day too ..as the food we ate once was very average…we had fabulous meals out but obviously cost us …would never go back to hotel …but would go back to El Gouna .

Deluxe room is old and need a renovation the suite is perfect
