I made a last minute booking because I was in the area later than expected. Upon arrival to the hotel they refused to let me stay because they were having a problem with the water and weren't accepting guests at the time. However, they processed my payment and confirmed my booking. The person in the hotel at my time of arrival was a security guard (there was no one available at the front desk) So I went ahead and requested a refund through Orbitz since that's where I booked it. Orbitz states that the person in charge for the refund in the hotel does not speak English, therefore I have been denied of a refund. I am very upset and consider this a scam since the hotel took my money, cancelled on me and Orbitz is not able to cancel a transaction that is still pending bank wise.

Lo positivo: El lugar es bonito, rodeado de naturaleza. Lo negativo: No hay seguridad, te sientes inseguro. Problemas eléctricos, va y viene la luz, va y viene el agua, no hay agua caliente. En la habitación que me tocó, en el gazebito de afuera el drenaje estaba dañado y se estancaba el agua. En general, un lugar con mucho potencial por como estå, no recomendado.
