Pictures of property are very deceiving. Room was subpar for Baymont standards. Refrigerator leaked water all over floor, telephone and tv not working, no outlet to charge telephones, no in room safe or clock radio as advertised, caulking in tub was cracked and missing in spots, sink faucet was broken and ceiling tiles in bathroom needs to be replaced as there was open gaps to ceiling space. With all those issues in room did not stay long enough for breakfast. Must say the room was clean and smelled fresh.

We had upstairs room and the stairway to the second level had carpeting which was very worn and had pieces of food and dirt on it. We only stayed 2 nights and couldn't wait to leave. Rooms were just ok. Bed was very noisy, creaked every time you moved or rolled over. We paid for King bed but it felt like a queen. Very small king. Shower water wasn't very warm. We only received 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. When I went down to office to get hand towels they gave me more bath towels? I guess they don't have hand towels? No daily maid service. You have to bring your dirty towels to office to get clean replacement ones. Parking lot had people loitering around and down stairs guests had doors open to their rooms. If I was alone and not with my husband I wouldn't have stayed one night.

They overbooked and night before my reservation they called and told me they canceled my reservation for the week.
