The window coverings didn’t work properly. There are furniture panels not attached. The heater/AC was loud, woke me up. It felt like the property was in hibernation mode.
The property is dated, and it shows it. I won’t return.

My second stay to visit family in the area, it’s perfectly located, accessible and next to great dining and shopping. Nature and outdoor adventures are minutes away.
My only unpleasant experience is the sound through the ceiling, when on the lower floors it sounds as if elephants are having a dance party. Request the 4th floor if possible.
Lastly, all staff are welcoming and the breakfast is good for families.

When I visit my daughter, we always stop at El Dorado Hills to shop and dinning.
When I needed a place to stay this location was the perfect fit.
The breakfast was great and the welcoming staff wonderful.

Right next door to a sports bar. Good pizza and beer.

The property is conveniently located close to freeway, shopping and dining. The rooms are ok. Very basic but large enough. The hot tub was not working and was green with algae. The carpet in the hallways was dirty.
