I’ve lived in El Salvador for almost four years and this is easily the nicest beach hotel I’ve seen. The rooms are spacious and relaxing; the pools (yes, multiple!) are beautiful; the food was delicious with options for different dietary needs; and the service was attentive and helpful without hovering. And THE BEACH. The beach is incredible. This area is known for surfing, but it is also fantastic for families and people looking for a bit of quiet space. The beach is sandy, not rocky, and although the waves can be good for surfing, closer in to shore, they are gentle and safer for young children than many other beaches in El Salvador, where the waves can be large and rough. A surprise bonus — the quality of the spa treatments. Both the masseuses and the products used were excellent and the spa itself is in a secluded part of the property, perched above the sea with amazing views and a cool breeze. The staff (including gardeners and security, as well as the restaurant and lobby staff) were helpful and friendly; they truly made us feel welcome and at home. The only criticisms we might offer were that the beds were a bit hard (though we still slept soundly every single night!) and the signage could be a bit clearer, especially when arriving and trying to find the reception area. Some areas could use a fresh coat of varnish or paint, although everything is in good condition. But the wonderful things at Las Flores far outweigh these minor points; this place is paradise

Cons: -Hot tube was unclean and did not have proper jet function. - Lawn chair’s had mold on them. -WiFi signal was weak and only worked in the lobby and restaurant area. -Land line phone in the room did not work. Outgoing calls had to be done in the reception area. Pros: -service at all levels was help and informative. -Food provided was better than expected and dining schedule well thought out conclusion: The price was extremely high so were my expectations. Sadly the overall maintenance of the room and all the facilities were unacceptable. Money not well spent. In my opinion Las Flores has wrongly taken my business due to false advertising of amenities and the room’s condition.

We have been having some extreme weather and this makes it more challenging for us for maintenance issues like energy and the wifi signal, even having a power generator for these outages. Disappointed

Not what I expected. I can go on and on about my experience but I just don’t have the time to do it. In summary this place was expensive and I don’t mind paying good money but I certainly expect good service in return. Would not recommend staying here. Look elsewhere.

This hotel is an all inclusive resort on an almost exclusive beach, good food and beautiful views. Although a bit expensive, it is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, better than many I have visited in El Salvador.
