"The hotel is in good location with 10 min walk into town. The pools are salt water and cold. A lot of rooms over look the pool. And Evening bar with entertainment on. The restaurant was refurbished but has since closed. It just received a lot of new sunbeds as a lot of the old ones are broken. Nice sunset view outside of hotel"

"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. "We went in January for some winter sun, we were very much looking forward to our first family holiday with our 10 month old, relaxing by the pool. It was really disappointing and upsetting that we could not use the pool due to the extremely cold water temperature, I feel this is something that should be made clear to potential customers when they are booking, especially regarding the temperature of the baby pool. Its just the food

"The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach...it is a bit dated in the rooms but your not on holiday to be in your room i suppose 😂 pool area is nice plus drinks r always nice & cold which is a bonus. The main thing letting the hotel down is the food its very repetitive and not the best in the forat place 😒"

"Caybeach so lovely and easy to find Staff at reception Mr Andres very helpful and accommodating. He always have smile in his face and very approachable Me and my friends enjoyed our stay Two outdoor swimming pool, very clean and had loads of sun bed to use anytime We also loved the indoor heated pool and the sauna, thou the steam and Jacuzzi is out of order otherwise everything is good in this place Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of choice and the staff are very friendly special mention to Tomie… he was amazing. Thank you guys for the early breakfast before our flight. "

"First time we had stayed at this property. We were recommended by friends who had stayed previously. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 2 adults 1 child and there was more than enough room. The apartments were clean and tidy. There was plenty of activities for children to get involved in throughout the day. The Flamingo Beach is right on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants 2 mins walk. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-15 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach via the coastline with lots of bars restaurants to choose from. Great week and would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely hotel. Complex isn’t too large. Rooms are comfortable and have all you need. Beds are comfy and showers have good water pressure. Relax zone and family zone for pools. Lovely little splash area for toddlers. Play park. Small gym. Outdoor gym area. Me and my daughter had a great time here. "

"Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner."
