"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or ..."
