Great staff, I arrived early but Claudio was very professional and kind to allow me to check in before 3pm, he made my day. He was genuine, when you find one person like him, you discovered what is in fact a hospitality. Thank you!

My first and last time in Argentina. As i got to the hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina there were 2 gentlemen at the reception, I don’t speak Spanish but didn’t think it would be a problem. I asked for the WiFi password so one of them pointed to the info in a very rude manner! I asked again cause was not able to connect the WiFi but receptionist just ignored me and walked away. The other employee named Pablo was kind and helped me connect to the WiFi. As I get to my room i was in shocked with the bathroom So I got a handicap room, the bathroom, I got a handicapped room without any notification at check in. Definitely not the room I booked only and it was enough to make me incredibly uncomfortable. I made contact with the hotel and explained everything. They were very apologetic but this without a doubt was a very distasteful experience. I only have one question would they given a disabled person an unsustainable room without asking? They never told me it was a handicapped room! They tried moving me the next day but c’mon this was supposed to be a 4 day trip but cause flight issues shorted to 3 days. So didn’t have time to waste moving around in the hotel plus was supposed to be there the day before so they should of have the room I booked online available. Definitely not the room I paid for!I booked this particular hotel due to reviews about location and the service. Location was great but service was a total disappointment! Definitely not 4 star for staff and service!
