Had to wait more then 30 mins for shower water to get warm and when it was finally warm it lasted no more than 5 mins

My wife & I traveled here for a weekend get away. The front staff was quick to get us checked in, our room was clean, cozy, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, kitchen staff was great & everything was more than what we expected. I’m really happy with our decision to stay here. There is a huge shopping center across the street with various restaurants & food options. Wonderful experience.

Staff was amazing, the rooms AC was very loud and the next morning fire alarms kept going off.

The bed was sloppy soft (like sleeping in a hammock). The room was too warm. Adjusted the thermostat down but it made no difference.
