"To be completely honest we were put into a different house but it was so much better than we expected. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We even did a cooking class with Nabila and it was just so wonderful. In my opinion the location doesn't be really matter in Fes as you would be guaranteed to get lost anyway."

"Beautiful traditional guest house in the heart of the Fez medina. A couple minutes walk from the blue gate. Easy to find even though inside the maze that is the medina. The staff was very nice and helpful. They found us guides, transportation, restaurants and a hamam nearby that was delightful. They even served us a traditional (and delicious) morrocan breakfast. "Établissement à peine correct. Lieu d'implantation déplorable et personnel plus que négligent. Nous avons reçu que 2 petits déjeuner sur 6 et nous avons du jeter la clé à côté pour partir car personne ne s'est déplacé pour notre départ. Dommage que le riad soit si mal représenté par le personnel qui est plus que négligent. C'est la pire location que j'ai fait de ma vie parce que je parle même pas de l'arrivé. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Alassala in Fes. We went as a group 8 people including kids and everything was perfect. The place in a quiet street around Fes Medina. Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. They prepared earlier breakfast for us to take along our day trip upon request, ironed clothes as well when needed. I highly recommend staying at this Riad."
