"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to...

I left my e-reader in the room and couldn’t turn around to he get it and the fantastic staff researched how to get it back to Canada for me at the lowest possible cost! Wonderful customer service. Handy being able to eat in the restaurant downstairs!"
