Horrible customer service. The room had a great view. The room was clean. Just would go back due to the poor service by staff.

The view of the familia Sagrada can’t be matched from the rooms or the terrace restaurant.
The food was great.
I also appreciated that you have to be staying at the hotel or have a reservation to get to the terrace. It made the time much more enjoyable since there was not an excessive crowd.
It is def one of the best photo opps in the city, the view and the food are worth the reservation to get the photo! A
